Aires Entertainment was formed in 2001 as a vehicle to expose the burgeoning wealth of Canadian talent to the world.
Founded by Rawle James and Jeanne Ridao (who collectively bring more than thirty years of experience in the music biz) Aires Entertainment has always strived to be a "musical one-stop of sorts" where artists and labels can receive services such as promotion, marketing, publicity, brokering, consulting and bookings.

Main buyer for Electric Distribution, went on to become a partner.

A&R'ed and mixed the Much Music Dance Mix series 1991-1998.
